How I guessed the tech future for money and got it right... sometimes

For the last 5 years I was involved in writing technology predictions for one of the largest consulting companies in the world. These publications get read by the boards of largest corporations, and helps them to make decisions about the futures of their business.

I have helped them to accurately predict the drone boom, growth and decline of VR and importance of discoveries of Graphene.

In this talk I will talk about how companies go about predicting the technology future, why most reports out there are not worth reading, and how accurately can you predict the future after all.
